Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source a large volume of candidates and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants.\n * Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates\u0027 skills, experience and coordinate test assignments when applicable.\n * Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and guide them through the interview process.\n * Assist with the documentation, Salary negotiation and offer process.\n * Maintain timely and clear communication with all applicants, provide status updates and ensure a positive experience.\n * Track key recruitment metrics, on time hiring and provide weekly or monthly reports to hiring managers.\n * Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\n * Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. \n\n\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\n\n * 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on volume hiring.\n * Experience of handling junior-to-mid level positions.\n * Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles.\n * Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.\n * Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.\n * Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under the assigned timelines.\n\n\n\nExperience of using any ATS platform is preferred.\n
