About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and driven IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and an eye for top-tier talent. You will take ownership of the entire hiring process for technical positions, partnering closely with clients and candidates to ensure the best match across skill sets, culture, and timelines.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and project goals for tech positions.
Drive sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and job boards, along with networking and referrals.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment through calls and assessments.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles – from shortlisting to interview coordination to offer closure and onboarding follow-up.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date recruitment pipelines, trackers, and reports.
Stay updated on tech trends and industry shifts to refine sourcing strategies and talent targeting.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly hiring goals.
What You Bring:
1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment, with exposure to both high-volume roles (e.g., Java, .NET, QA) and specialized positions (e.g., DevOps, Cloud, Data, Security).
Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong understanding of various IT roles, technology stacks, and hiring nuances.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter attitude with a focus on results and quality.
