Talent Acquisition Associate (UK & Europe Market)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Talent Acquisition Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience dedicated to the UK and European regions. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role designed for a recruiter who can work independently from Day 1. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, navigating the distinct cultural, legal, and linguistic nuances of hiring across the UK and Continental Europe.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from day one—including strategic sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and pre-onboarding support.
  




• Advanced LinkedIn Sourcing: Serve as a LinkedIn Power-User. Utilize advanced Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter licenses, InMail optimization, and talent mapping techniques to headhunt passive, top-tier technical and commercial talent across the UK and EU.
  




• ATS Data Hygiene: Maintain meticulous, real-time records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure 100% data accuracy for candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and operational metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
  




• Rigorous Reference Checking: Conduct formal, structured professional reference checks for shortlisted candidates to validate technical capability, past performance, and cultural alignment before moving to final offer stages.
  




• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and Account Managers. Confidently gather role requirements, manage expectations, and provide data-driven market insights regarding UK/EU talent availability and salary benchmarks.
  




• Compliance & Market Knowledge: Apply a solid understanding of UK and European recruitment nuances, including GDPR compliance, regional notice periods (varying from 1 to 3 months), and local employment expectations.
  




• Candidate Experience: Provide a "white-glove," high-conversion applicant experience, ensuring clear and transparent communication that protects the company brand and drives high offer-acceptance rates.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years actively recruiting for the UK and European geographies.
  




• LinkedIn Dominance: Expert-level skills in LinkedIn Recruiter. Proven track record of consistently converting cold outreach/InMails into active pipelines for niche roles.
  




• ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever). Must appreciate the value of a clean system and data-driven recruiting.
  




• Reference Management: Experience in executing thorough background and professional reference checks, knowing how to ask the right questions to verify a candidate's background.
  




• Independence & Drive: A proven "day-one ready" mindset. Must be highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of prioritizing a complex requisition load with minimal supervision.
  




• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Additional European language skills (German, French, or Dutch) are a massive plus.
