Job Description - Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company.


This is a hybrid position based out of our Mumbai office. Ideal candidates would be able to overlap with U.S teams by working 2pm - 11pm IST two days a week.


Start Date: The ideal candidate must be able to officially commence within a month or earlier 


What You'll Do:



  • Partner with Recruiters to coordinate interviewing and hiring activity across our APAC offices

  • Serve as a key point of contact for ATS administration, including job setup, workflows, permissions, and process optimization

  • Support and manage integrations between ATS and other systems

  • Ensure accurate and consistent data capture within Greenhouse to enable reliable reporting and analytics

  • Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards; analyze pipeline, conversion, and hiring metrics to provide actionable insights

  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition Operations projects including employer branding, process improvement, and systems enhancements


What You Have:



  • Degree from a 4-year college required

  • Minimum of 1 year coordinating or administrative experience in a recruiting agency, or internal recruiting or HR function

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in an extremely fast-paced environment with multiple, competing demands

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests from different sources

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience with ATS platforms, experience with Greenhouse a huge plus
