About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Talent Hunter to join us . You’ll own the end-to-end hiring cycle - from identifying top talent to closing offers - across both tech and non-tech roles. At Seekho, speed and quality of hires are everything, and this role is all about bringing in the best people to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Hunt and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting networks.
• Understand, prioritize, and align on hiring needs; proactively coordinate with hiring managers.
• Define what “great talent” looks like for each role in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assess candidates rigorously for skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Own the full recruitment cycle - from outreach and interviews to negotiations and onboarding.
• Deliver a fast, engaging, and seamless candidate experience.
• Consistently close critical roles within aggressive timelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, etc
• Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidates are moved through proper stages.

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience (agency, headhunting, or VC talent partner preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills and a sharp eye for great talent.
• Proven ability to close roles quickly while maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, self-driven, and thrives in fast-scaling environments.
