are looking for an experienced Talent
Acquisition Executive who
can manage end -to -end recruitment,
especially for Sales
and Marketing roles
. The candidate should have strong
experience in sourcing candidates through paid job portals, LinkedIn, and
AI -based recruitment tools
to hire quality candidates
efficiently.



Requirements

Job Summary

We
are looking for an experienced Talent
Acquisition Executive who
can manage end -to -end recruitment,
especially for Sales
and Marketing roles
. The candidate should have strong
experience in sourcing candidates through paid job portals, LinkedIn, and
AI -based recruitment tools
to hire quality candidates
efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities


Manage the end -to -end
recruitment lifecycle
for multiple hiring requirements.


Handle bulk
hiring for Sales and Marketing roles
.


Source candidates through Naukri,
LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit, Indeed, and other job portals
.


Use AI -based
sourcing tools and modern recruitment techniques
to identify
suitable candidates.


Conduct resume
screening and initial HR interviews
to evaluate candidate
suitability.


Coordinate and schedule interviews
with hiring managers and department heads
.


Maintain candidate
databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports
.


Manage job
postings, candidate communication, and interview follow -ups
.


Ensure timely
closure of open positions
.

 

Required Skills


3–4 years of experience in Talent
Acquisition


Experience in Sales
and Marketing hiring
(preferred)


Hands -on experience with Naukri,
LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, Indeed, etc.


Knowledge of AI
recruitment tools and sourcing techniques


Ability to work in a fast -paced
hiring environment


Strong communication
and interpersonal skills

 

Qualification

Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
.
