Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and campus hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical, managerial, and final interview rounds with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure positive candidate engagement and smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices
Software Skill Sets: MS Suite, ATS. Knowledge of hiring platforms - Naukri, LinkedIn etc
