Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute and monitor online search campaign using various job sites
- Source and deliver high quality resumes as per the job description
- Create and manage a healthy pipeline of profiles for regular requirements
- Manage weekend drives through external and internal sourcing channels
- Knowledge on latest hiring tools like google X-ray search, GitHub, and stack overflow
- Candidate engagement and salary negotiations
Key Requirements
- Good with Boolean search strings/head hunting
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
