We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies and build high-performing teams across the organization. Based in Gurugram, this role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle—from workforce planning and sourcing strategy to candidate experience and onboarding. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, align hiring strategies with business goals, and ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes.
This role requires a proactive approach to talent mapping, employer branding, and process optimization. You will also play a key role in improving hiring efficiency, implementing best practices, and building a strong talent pipeline to support organizational growth. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you will track key recruitment metrics and continuously refine hiring strategies to deliver impact.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define effective recruitment strategies
Develop and execute talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with stakeholders for further evaluation
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and workflows for efficiency and scalability
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and industry best practices
What Makes You a Great Fit
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment roles with proven hiring success
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems
Strong screening and interviewing skills to assess both technical and cultural fit
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze hiring metrics and improve outcomes
Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience in employer branding and talent pipeline development is a plus
Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate evolving hiring needs
