Job Description - Talent Acquisition Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and plan manpower proactively.

  • Build a clear TA roadmap to support expansion across branches and business lines.

2. End -to -End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection and onboarding.

  • Handle hiring requirements across Operations, Sales, SCM, Warehouse, Transport, Customs, Finance, and Support roles.

  • Drive bulk hiring for operations and critical niche hiring for leadership roles.

3. Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Build effective pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and industry mapping.

  • Create strong talent pools for high -demand roles.

  • Implement Boolean search, targeted sourcing, and market intelligence for niche logistics roles.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements and timelines.

  • Provide regular updates, insights, and dashboards on hiring progress.

  • Ensure timely coordination for interviews and feedback.

5. Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding initiatives across social media and hiring platforms.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry networking forums.

6. Process Excellence

  • Improve recruitment processes, TAT, and candidate quality.

  • Use data -driven hiring metrics to improve decision -making.

  • Ensure compliance with all HR and industry regulations.
