Talent Acquisition Lead - US IT Staffing

Job Summary

Lead and manage a recruitment team focused on fulfilling IT staffing requirements for US and domestic clients. Drive end -to -end talent acquisition processes, ensuring high -quality hires while maintaining strong client relationships and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of recruiters, assigning targets and monitoring progress on US and domestic IT placements.
  
• Handle client communications, requirements gathering, and updates for ongoing staffing projects.
  
• Oversee full -cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
  
• Develop strategies to meet client timelines, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with agreements.
  
• Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline status, fill rates, and team contributions.
  
• Collaborate with operations for MSA/NDA processes and vendor escalations.
  

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 2 -3+ years proven experience managing recruitment teams in IT staffing.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in client handling for US and domestic markets.
  
• Based in or willing to work from Coimbatore
