Experience Requirements, 6+ years of experience working in HR role with an organisation of repute & size
, Sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Educational Qualifications: Master’s in human resources management or relevant field.
Total Job Experience: 6+ Years
Profile Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an TA Manager or a similar HR Role, managing recruiters and making sure that the targets are well met
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment both for IT and Non-IT profile
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media, job boards including experience of ATS's for Sourcing and other Recruitment Marketing tools
- Excellent communication, language (written & verbal) and Time Management skills
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Planning and implementing talent acquisition strategy for the company across all departments of interest including sub brands
- Maintain referral track records, Reviewing updating HR related SOP, overseeing entire hiring processes, handling salary negotiations
- Investigate and determine employee needs and develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies for effective sourcing and screening.
- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)
- Sourcing, interviewing, and closing on the critical positions
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates, managing and onboarding consultants and vendors
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, potential vendors & Consultants
