ROLE OVERVIEW
The Manager – Talent Acquisition will be
responsible for end -to -end recruitment across project, technical, site, and
corporate roles within the infrastructure domain. The role requires strong
local market knowledge of Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh, hands -on hiring
capability, and the ability to deliver talent aligned with project timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Manage end -to -end recruitment for
infrastructure and EPC roles including engineering, site, QA/QC, safety,
commercial, procurement, finance, HR, and support functions.
• Partner with business and project heads
to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
• Convert workforce plans into actionable
hiring strategies.
Execution & Delivery
• Drive bulk and critical hiring for site
and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through local networks,
consultants, referrals, campus drives, and direct sourcing.
• Ensure timely closures aligned with
project schedules and cost expectations.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the single point of contact for
hiring managers and project leaders.
• Conduct structured intake meetings and
provide market insights.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from
offer rollout to joining.
Process, Governance & Reporting
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and
hiring reports.
• Ensure adherence to internal recruitment
policies and statutory requirements.
• Standardize interview processes and offer
governance.
Employer Branding & Local Market
Engagement
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives in
Bhopal and nearby regions.
• Build strong local talent pipelines and
recruitment partnerships.
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring,
and local sourcing initiatives.
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Strong experience in infrastructure, EPC,
or construction hiring.
• Deep understanding of the Bhopal and
Madhya Pradesh talent market.
• Hands -on recruitment execution
capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and
communication skills.
• Data -driven approach to recruitment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 7–10 years of experience in Talent
Acquisition.
• Mandatory experience in Infrastructure /
EPC / Construction domain.
• Proven experience in project and
site -based hiring.
• Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR
preferred.
