Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience hiring in a manufacturing setup, across staff, supervisor, engineering, and factory workforce roles, with a proven ability to build talent pipelines, partner with business leaders, and close positions on time.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning

Lead manpower planning and workforce budgeting in partnership with department heads. Develop and implement hiring strategies, processes, and best practices aligned with business needs. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, technical, and hard-to-fill roles. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define role profiles.

Sourcing & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for staff, supervisors, engineers, and factory workforce. Source candidates through job portals, recruitment consultants, employee references, campus hiring, and social media. Screen profiles, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers. Manage and evaluate recruitment agencies and consultants, including fee negotiation and performance tracking.

Offer Management & Closure

Conduct salary negotiations and manage the offer process. Handle reference checks and background verification coordination. Follow up with selected candidates to reduce offer drop-offs and ensure timely joining. Ensure timely closure of positions within agreed timelines.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience 

Strengthen employer brand across job portals, social media, and campus channels. Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience at every stage. Drive employee referral programs and other talent attraction initiatives.

Recruitment MIS & Reporting

Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database. Prepare recruitment dashboards and periodic reports for senior management. Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance ratio, and joining ratio. Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data and feedback.

Required Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Prior experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.

Proven experience hiring across levels: blue-collar/factory workforce, supervisors, engineers, and managerial roles.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and HRMS tools.
