Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Executive / Executive

Talent Worx is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. You will utilize your skills in candidate engagement, assessment, and relationship-building to ensure a streamlined and effective recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract the best candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making offers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 Months of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
