Job Description - Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist

We are seeking a specialist in IT recruitment who can independently drive end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing experience in tech roles, ensure smooth employee transitions, and support overall HR operations. This is an on-ground role requiring local availability in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other tech platforms.
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure quick closures.
  • Roll out offers, negotiate salaries, and track joining pipeline.

Onboarding

  • Ensure all pre-joining formalities (document verification, BGV initiation, etc.) are completed.
  • Facilitate smooth Day 1 onboarding – system access, induction, team introductions.
  • Coordinate with IT/admin for asset allocation and seating arrangements.
  • Monitor the new joiner experience and probation completion.

Offboarding

  • Coordinate resignation process, clearances, and handovers.
  • Conduct structured exit interviews to gather insights.
  • Liaise with payroll, IT, and admin teams for final settlements and recoveries.
  • Maintain proper documentation and update HR systems.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of tech hiring, recruitment platforms, and Boolean search.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate and report to office as required.

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT consulting or staffing industry.
  • Exposure to bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and contractual staffing is a plus.
