Job Description - Talent Acquisition Researcher - Candidate Manager

Your Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Associate in Mumbai. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline, elevating our employer brand, and ensuring we attract top-tier talent across diverse functions and markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sourcing professional with strong candidate management and project management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.


A Day in Your New Role:  



  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, from strategy development, job posting, sourcing, diversity recruiting, candidate outreach, to offer management

  • Build a pipeline of talent by sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other direct sourcing channels

  • Design and lead sourcing strategies for the region

  • Support TA operational projects, including data analysis and ATS management

  • Manage interview scheduling, communications and candidate engagement


Projects You Will Own

  • Corporate and mid–senior level recruiting best practices 

  • Employer branding initiatives 

  • Creative recruitment and sourcing solutions 

  • Reporting and KPI tracking 


What You Have: 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 

  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting

  • Experience sourcing for corporate and mid–senior level roles

  • Agency experience will be a plus

  • Strong project management and communication skills 

  • Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
