Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various Paytm business units.
Focuses on building a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.

Role Overview
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for sales and business hiring, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Educate stakeholders on recruitment processes, market insights, hiring trends, and best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
Drive bulk/volume hiring initiatives efficiently while maintaining hiring quality.
Utilize recruitment analytics and data to identify challenges and implement solutions proactively.
Optimize recruitment processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and an excellent stakeholder experience.
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
Enhance candidate and interviewer experience throughout the hiring journey.
Design and promote employee referral programs to strengthen hiring channels.
Prepare and present recruitment dashboards, KPI reports, and hiring metrics.
Lead and motivate the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Sales, Business, or Bulk Hiring.
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing.
Proven experience in managing volume hiring projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and dashboard management capabilities.
Experience with recruitment marketing tools, social media hiring, job portals, and HRIS platforms.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
