Role Summary
Working as part of the Delta Capita Internal HR Team, you will ensure that DC has access to the best talent in the marketplace for live roles and build a strong pipeline for the future. This is a fast-paced, hands on role where you will be attracting talent to DC to directly enable our ambitious growth plans. The role requires someone skilled in engaging with talent for roles across all business lines, at all levels.
The Role and Responsibilities

Act as a strong DC ambassador; driving a positive candidate experience.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including: Sourcing, Mapping, Screening, Long and shortlisting, Interview coordination; for roles in the APAC.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand current and future business needs.
Identify and engage with talent through social media, job boards, referrals and networking.
Approach passive candidates to build a pipeline of talent for DC. Leverage on innovative and efficient sourcing methodologies (e.g., social media recruiting, Online research).
Use the ATS to manage candidates and roles effectively and support data-driven decision making on resourcing.
