We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet the company's strategic objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end -to -end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Recruitment Strategy
Sourcing and Candidate Identification
Screening and Assessment
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
Candidate Experience
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding
Data Management and Reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes.

NOTE : This is a 6 -days (Mon -Sat) work from office role in Sector -66, Gurugram, Haryana.
