We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about identifying top talent, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving hiring strategies that support organizational growth. You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and onboarding high-quality candidates while contributing to employer branding and talent pipeline development.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, execute effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination for non-IT roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche positions through proactive talent mapping.
• Conduct HR discussions, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives through candidate engagement and social media recruitment activities.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and reports to provide insights and visibility to leadership.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors while ensuring hiring timelines and budgets are achieved.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and promote inclusive recruitment practices across business functions.
• Leverage AI-powered recruitment and screening tools to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment within a corporate or recruitment agency environment.
• Proven success in hiring for mid-level to senior-level positions across business, support, or technical functions.
• Strong expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment metrics, reporting, and process optimization.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, highly accountable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is preferred; a background in English or Psychology is an added advantage.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth organization and a passion for building high-performing teams will be highly valued.
