Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring at Virallens across specialized tech and AI roles, non-technical roles, creative roles.

The role will initially focus on interview scheduling, candidate coordination, ATS management, recruitment tracking, and hiring operations. As you grow, you will gradually take ownership of candidate sourcing, screening, LinkedIn recruitment, employer branding, recruitment events, and end-to-end hiring for assigned positions.

You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, founders, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to keep hiring processes structured, efficient, and candidate-friendly.

This role demands strong organization, proactive follow-ups, attention to detail, and the ability to work with speed. We are hiring on an immediate basis, so you must be an immediate joiner or available within a very short notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, assignments, reschedules, and communication between candidates and interview panels
• Support end-to-end recruitment across specialized tech and AI roles, non-technical roles, creative roles, and leadership positions
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview stages, feedback and pending actions in the ATS and recruitment trackers
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, niche communities, campus networks, and targeted outreach
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to understand requirements, align on candidate quality, and ensure timely feedback
• Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, regular updates, fast turnaround, and respectful interactions
• Track recruitment metrics including sourcing activity, response rates, pipeline health, interview conversions
• Support employer-branding initiatives, LinkedIn hiring content, campus activities, recruitment drives, networking events, and talent-community engagement

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Coordination, Recruitment Operations, or a similar role
• Experience supporting interview coordination, candidate communication, sourcing, screening, or recruitment operations
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidates, interviews, roles, and stakeholders simultaneously
• High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace
• Comfortable using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job portals, calendars, spreadsheets, and recruitment tools
• Interest in developing expertise in specialized tech, AI, non-technical, creative, and leadership hiring
• Comfortable working on-site in Bengaluru
• Immediate joiner or available within a very short notice period
