Job Description:

• Strategic Recruiting: Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract the best IT professionals.
• Collaborative Approach: Partner with senior management and department heads to ensure recruitment strategies align with IT staffing needs.
• Diverse Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to discover potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Network Building: Proactively research the market and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
• Hiring Manager Support: Work closely with hiring managers, providing guidance on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Market Insights: Prepare detailed market mapping reports to give hiring managers a comprehensive understanding of the available talent pool before starting the recruitment process.
• Progress Updates: Regularly inform the management team about recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Promote our company's culture, values, and employee value proposition to attract potential candidates.
• Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
• Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and cost per hire.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to keep our recruitment processes competitive and innovative.

Job Specifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in the technology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in sourcing profiles through LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Skilled in Boolean search and X-Ray search techniques.
• Proficient in preparing Market Mapping Reports.
• Strong knowledge of Pivot tables or Power BI is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
