Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates from various job boards

• Screening candidates and Interview scheduling

• Coordinating with various vendors/ consultants

• Engaging with candidates/ offer management / pre onboardings
• Framing/ Implementing employee induction programs
• Employee engagement activities
• Taking care of Exit formalities of relieving employees
• Knowledge in Advance Excel.

• Centralized Employee Data Management

• Employee Grievance Handling

Requirements

Preferred Experience and skills:

• Passionate about jewelry/fashion

• Experience in family run business will be preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment

Qualification:

• Minimum Graduation
• Additional relevant degree will be added advantage.
