Talent Acquisition Specialist (Pune)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with business stakeholders, and play a key role in building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple
  functions and business units.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role
  requirements and define effective hiring strategies.
  
• Source quality candidates using various platforms
  (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, social media, referrals, etc.).
  
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates to ensure
  a strong talent pipeline.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a
  smooth candidate experience.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers / ATS
  regularly.
  
• Drive offer negotiations and manage post-offer
  engagement to reduce drop-offs.
  
• Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders
  on hiring progress.
  
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives
  and process improvements.
  

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

• 4–7 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong experience in tech hiring.
  
• Proven sourcing expertise through multiple
  channels.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
  skills.
  
• Experience with ATS / recruitment tools (e.g.,
  Zoho) is an advantage.
  
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities
  simultaneously.
