We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Semiconductor Hiring

Location: Bangalore (Campus)

Job Type: Full -Time

Experience: 2–6 Years (Minimum 2+ years in Semiconductor hiring is mandatory)

Budget: Up to 10 LPA

Interview Mode: In -person (Bangalore)

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in Semiconductor hiring. The ideal candidate should have experience handling end -to -end recruitment and consistently delivering quality closures in a fast -paced environment.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 2–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Semiconductor hiring (mandatory)

• Proven experience in end -to -end recruitment lifecycle

• Strong sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to close 5+ joiners per month consistently

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Experience working with reputed organizations preferred
