Your tasks and responsibilities:

Managing key stakeholders in Sales/Services/Corporate teams
Manage the team's daily activity, KPI's, weekly and monthly goals.
Partner with Hiring managers, compensation, HRBPs and HRIS to attain goals.
Ensure the effective utilization of the ATS and social media to build a bank of talent.

Your qualifications and Experience :

At least 15 years’ experience in recruitment
At least 3 year experience in managing teams.

Your attributes and Skills :

Strong decision-making ability
Vast coaching experience
Stakeholder management skills in a complex environment
Strong Business acumen
Reporting skills
Solutions orientated & able to think on your feet
Good Operations acumen
