Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Finance & Technology
Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

About the position

As Talent Acquisition Specialist – Finance & Technology, you will play a critical role in helping Flora Food Group attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across our Finance and Technology functions.

Partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while acting as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, market insights, and hiring decisions.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong stakeholder management, proactive sourcing capability, excellent candidate care, and the confidence to challenge and influence when needed. You'll work across local and global teams, ensuring a seamless hiring experience while continuously improving recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Talent Acquisition Delivery

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding support.


• Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across Finance and Technology functions.


• Translate business requirements into effective sourcing and hiring strategies.


• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining an excellent stakeholder and candidate experience.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.


• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across India and global teams.


• Provide regular updates, market insights, and recruitment recommendations.


• Challenge and influence stakeholders constructively to drive effective hiring decisions.

Sourcing & Candidate Experience

• Proactively identify and engage talent through a variety of sourcing channels.


• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Ensure candidates remain informed, engaged, and connected throughout their hiring journey.

Recruitment Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Leverage recruitment technology, systems, and sourcing tools to improve hiring outcomes.


• Analyse recruitment processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.


• Contribute ideas and best practices to improve the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition across Flora Food Group.


• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment performance and candidate outcomes.

What Does It Take to Be Successful?

We're looking for a proactive, business-focused recruiter who combines strong delivery capability with excellent stakeholder management and a passion for finding great talent.

Recruitment Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience gained in-house, agency-side, or through a combination of both.


• Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.


• Experience hiring Finance and/or Technology talent is highly desirable.

Stakeholder Management & Influence

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.


• Ability to build credibility quickly with hiring managers and business leaders.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations effectively.

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

• Proven experience proactively sourcing and engaging talent.


• Ability to build talent pipelines and identify creative approaches to attract candidates.


• Strong understanding of candidate markets and recruitment trends.

Continuous Improvement & Technology

• Curious about recruitment technology, sourcing tools, and market developments.


• Comfortable working with recruitment systems, data, and reporting.


• Interested in improving processes and challenging traditional ways of working.

Personal Attributes

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.
