Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our client team and contribute to their talent development initiatives.
Position Summary:
The Talent Development Specialist will support the design, implementation, and management of talent and leadership development programs . This role involves working closely with the Talent Development Head to identify the right talent, design leadership development programs and run the bespoke development as well as high-potential (Hi-Po) programs . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development, strong facilitation skills, and a passion for developing future leaders .
Key Responsibilities:
- HI-PO Program Management : own and run the High-Potential (Hi-Po) program(s). Identify high-potential candidates, support and design their development journeys, and track their progress to ensure successful outcomes.
- Learning programs: design and delivery of bespoke, tailored learning programs, working closely with Business stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences and measure impact.
- Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions and workshops. Utilize various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Project Management: Support the planning and execution of multiple talent development projects. Maintain project documentation, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address challenges to enhance program effectiveness and participant engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners and department heads to understand development needs and align programs with business objectives. Provide regular updates on program status and impact.
Qualifications:
- Experience: in running and owning talent development, leadership development or high potential development programs.
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong intervention design skills to create impactful programs, with a high learning agility to understand business needs.
- Facilitation skills with the ability to deliver in house training to diverse audiences.
- Good project management skills with experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in supporting Hi-Po programs and managing high-potential employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
