Job Description - Talent Sourcer

Join our dynamic and growing Talent Acquisition team as a Sourcer, where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent and shaping the future of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to understand role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment dashboards using ATS and Excel trackers.
  • Coordinate virtual and In-person interviews.
  • Publish and promote current job openings through appropriate internal and external channels.
  • Minimum 6 months upto 1 years of experience in IT hiring or technical hiring..
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of sourcing tools and recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with any ATS platform( a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment will be an advantage
