Talent Sourcer (ANZ and North America)

Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical talent. 
• The Talent Sourcer's responsibilities include all aspects of understanding the job requirements from hiring managers, screening, and partnering with the recruiters to close candidates.
• Source passive technical talent using a variety of Open Web sources.
• Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles. 

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in a talent sourcing role, preferably in a tech space
• You are passionate about data and know-how to leverage it to influence hiring decisions
• You have excellent written and verbal communication
• Solid understanding of technology markets to calibrate candidate profile
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and high-tech markets in North America OR ANZ
