School: PRT, TGT, PGT

Â· Regular /Full Time Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Tamil Literature preferably with B.Ed

College : Regular /Full Time Master’s degree in Tamil Literature with one of the qualification (M.Phil/NET/SET/Ph.D)

Â·        Min 2 years of work experience as a Teacher @ School or College Level
Â·        Strong command of the Tamil language, both written and spoken
Â·        Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and foster an inclusive classroom environment
Â·        Passion for teaching and a student -centered approach
Â·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
