Your work profile

ServiceNow Consultant/Developer with 5–8 years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions across ITOM/GRC/ITAM modules. Strong expertise in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, integrations, and production support. Proven ability to implement scalable workflows, improve CMDB data quality, automate enterprise processes, and support large-scale ServiceNow environments with high stability and performance standards

Key skills required

• Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across ITOM/GRC/ITAM modules.


• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and design scalable, efficient, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.


• Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules.


• Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization.


• Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk management.


• Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.


• Mentor and support junior team members in technical and functional areas.


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical designs, test cases, and release notes.


• Education- UG and Above, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.


• Strong knowledge of at least one of the following modules:
  
  
  
  • GRC: Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk, IRM
  
  
  • ITOM: Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping
  
  
  • ITAM: HAM, SAM
  
  
  
  


• Deep understanding of ServiceNow data model, architecture, and integration frameworks.


• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management concepts.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.


• Experience managing cross-functional, global delivery teams.
