Your work profile

• Support operations in day-to-day activities as a trusted Finance / Business Partner.


• Work closely with the business on working capital management and support operations in fixed asset utilization.


• Manage revenue recognition and revenue controls in compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606.


• Perform reconciliation of revenue and COGS prior to month-end and ensure timely closure of books as part of month-end accounting activities.


• Review P&L on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of revenue and costs.


• Prepare cost accruals and post journal entries, ensuring revenue and expenses are accounted for in the correct period.


• Support operations in the preparation of Monthly Latest Thinking forecasts.


• Support operations with variance analysis (Actual vs Forecast, Actual vs Plan, etc.).


• Develop financial models to support tenders and business acquisition initiatives.


• Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and leverage advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, automation) to enhance reporting efficiency, controls, and decision-making

Key skills required: 

• Qualifications: CMA/ICWA/CA-Inter/MBA/CPA


• Total Years of Experience: 6 plus years work experience into FP&A/ Finance Business Partnering role


• Desired/Preferred Expertise: SAP/ Hyperion Essbase/ Excel/ Financial modelling/ Flexible


• Characteristics: Confidence/ Individual Contributor role
