Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality voice support to an international client base, adhering to strict process compliance standards.
  
• Effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through active listening and problem-solving techniques.
  
• Manage and de-escalate customer complaints to ensure a positive resolution and preserve the relationship.
  
• Monitor and maintain call quality metrics to consistently achieve customer satisfaction targets.

• Communicate clearly and professionally in English to address diverse customer needs and expectations.
  

• Possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role.
  
• Demonstrate strong English communication skills suitable for international support environments.
