Job Description - Tax Analyst - CA Inter/Final

Overview
This is not a back -office role. You’ll own ITR filings end -to -end, work directly with clients, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. We’re looking for someone who understands tax, communicates clearly, and operates with precision under deadlines.

Responsibilities
â Own and execute ITR filings with complete accuracy

â Work confidently across different ITR forms

â Apply tax fundamentals (deductions, capital gains, salary, etc.) in real scenarios

â Handle client communication via calls and WhatsApp

â Manage multiple filings and timelines without errors

Requirements

Skills

â Strong, hands -on ITR filing knowledge (non -negotiable)

â Clear understanding of Income Tax fundamentals

â Good client communication and ownership mindset

â High attention to detail — you don’t miss things

â Ability to handle multiple deadlines calmly

Qualifications
â 2+ years of experience in tax/compliance roles

â CA Final/ Inter or has done articleship

â Background in finance or taxation

â Experience in a CA firm or tax consultancy is a strong plus

â Exposure to GST filings (GSTR -1, GSTR -3B) is good to have
