A reputed CA firm is hiring a Tax and Audit Assistant to support its growing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting and taxation. Prior experience in a Chartered Accountancy firm will be an added advantage.
Assist in preparing and filing TDS returns and income tax computations.
Maintain and verify accounting entries, ledgers, and vouchers.
Draft and compile financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L accounts.
Work on tax audits, balance sheet schedules, and statutory compliance tasks.
Prepare supporting documents for tax filings and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with clients for documents, queries, and follow-ups.
Support senior team members in preparing data for notices, assessments, etc.
Semi CA candidates preferred.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or tax roles (CA firm experience preferred).
Knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and relevant accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
