Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of tax assignments from planning to finalization.
• Manage a team of 1-2 members within the cluster.
• Review and manage tax returns and supporting work papers per US Tax Law.
• Serve as the first escalation point for staff and senior members on technical matters, among others.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 4 years in progressive US/Global taxation.
• Experience in Funds-of-Funds, private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds
• Investment industry experience.
• Compliance experience with Partnership (Form 1065).
