Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Australian accounting and taxation processes.


• Manage end-to-end taxation requirements for clients, including preparation and lodgment of tax returns with relevant authorities.


• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and tax returns.


• Review and finalize accounts with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.


• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 professionals, ensuring effective task allocation and performance.


• Collaborate efficiently within a team environment.


• Support team development through training, mentoring, and assisting other teams when required.


• Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, deadlines, and priorities.


• Communicate and liaise with international clients and regulatory authorities as necessary.

Requirements

• Education: CA Qualified


• Experience: Prior experience in Australian accounting is mandatory


• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
