Role Summary

We are looking for a Tax Technology Analyst / Senior Analyst to support the development, testing, and implementation of innovative tax technology and AI-based solutions.

The candidate will act as a bridge between the Tax and Technology teams, helping ensure that tax technology products provide accurate and reliable results before they are launched.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand tax requirements and translate them into test scenarios and use cases.


• Test tax technology and AI-based solutions for accuracy and functionality.


• Conduct and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with internal tax teams.


• Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in technology/AI outputs.


• Work closely with software developers to explain issues and coordinate fixes.


• Re-test solutions after corrections and ensure issues are resolved.


• Prepare test cases, maintain issue trackers, and provide detailed feedback.


• Collaborate with Tax, Technology, Product, and Development teams.


• Support product launch and Go-to-Market activities when required.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–4 years of experience in Taxation / Tax Filing / CA or Advisory Firm.


• Good understanding of tax processes and preferably ITR/tax compliance.


• Tech-savvy and comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI/technology tools.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good Excel and data-handling skills.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work with software developers.


• Coding/programming is not mandatory; understanding tax + technology/testing is more important.
