Job Description - Tea Junction-Team Member

Summary:

The Team Member role at Tea Junction is essential for ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional customer service, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards within the outlet. This position involves managing all aspects of food and beverage preparation, customer interactions, payment processing, inventory control, and outlet cleanliness on a shift basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding the brand’s reputation through professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and suggesting food & beverage items.
Handle cash, card, and other payment modes accurately and securely.
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly while collecting feedback to improve service.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness of the outlet during and after each shift.
Maintain daily reports, records, and documentation related to sales, payments, and inventory.
Perform shift-based tally of sales against payment modes and reconcile discrepancies.
Manage stock and inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and monitoring product availability.
Adhere to organizational grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
Support both in-store and online sales operations as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Class X (Metric)
Age: Below 30 years
Proficiency in local language, Hindi, and English for effective communication
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Physically fit to perform duties including lifting heavy materials (over 5 kgs)
Flexible and mobile to adapt to shift schedules and operational needs
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence

Benefits
