DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

This department
of education represents education outside of a standard school setting. Formal
and Informal Education is the wise, respectful and spontaneous process of
cultivating learning. It works through conversation, and the exploration and
enlargement of experience. Informal education has activities with children.
They will help the children to learn basic education, etiquettes and hygiene
factors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Manage
teaching protocol for cancer patients within wards. Ensure creative, basic
learning, basic etiquettes, hygiene for kids and diverting their mind and
helping them to learn and be happy. Ensure curriculum-based learning is imparted to children in order to
ensure they are prepared to reintegrate into the standard Education system in
India after completion of their treatment cycle.

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Teaching
   basic education in the CHSU/ wards/School room in hospitals.
   
2. Conduct
   Online Classes as per the schedule and maintain the records
   
3. Implementation
   of face to face PEP program.
   
4. Forming age
   specific groups for learning like 3yrs -9yrs, 9yrs-12yrs, 12yrs-above.
   
5. Designing
   and executing lesson plans that will engage students
   
6. Designing
   assessments that thoughtfully evaluate student progress
   
7. Varying
   teaching strategies and styles to meet different learning needs
   
8. Providing a
   positive environment to engage students in the learning process
   
9. Establishing
   and maintaining cooperative working relationships with students, parents,
   community, and the school team
   
10. Attending
    and participating in all organizational training and meetings.
    
11. Making them
    aware about basic hygiene care and teaching basic etiquettes.
    
12. Counseling kids and establishing a
    compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and
    spiritual support to kids.
    
13. Advising
    them for further counseling to the senior counselor if they are not able
    to understand.
    
14. Making
    children aware of the Education Scholarship Program, filling up the form
    for the same and sending it to HQ.
    
15. Prepare and
    submit the Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual reports.
    
16. Coordinating
    time to time for Education activities.

Qualification:

●     Graduate in any stream with Diploma in
Education or B.Ed

Experience:

●     Minimum 2 year of teaching experience in
a school or any other institution
