Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise and guide a diverse team of developers and training instructors, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
  
• Project Oversight: Plan, execute, and monitor software development and training projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  
• Technical Expertise: Act as the go -to expert in at least one platform (e.g., ZOHO, webMethods, SAP, Salesforce) and contribute to complex problem -solving.
  
• Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
  
• Training and Development: Foster the professional growth of team members through mentoring, technical guidance, and training.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve team workflows, project methodologies, and operational efficiency.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience: 3 -6 years in software development and/or training, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in one or more tools like ZOHO, webMethods, SAP, or Salesforce.
    
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
    
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team effectively.
  
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
  
• Problem -Solving: Strong analytical and decision -making abilities to address technical and managerial challenges.
  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Additional Advantage: Certification in project management or relevant tools (e.g., PMP, ZOHO Creator, Salesforce Administrator).
