Job Description - Team Lead

•Results -driven QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in Manual Testing, API Testing, Web & Mobile Application Testing, and Game QA across consumer -facing platforms and high -traffic transactional systems.

•Proven expertise in leading QA teams, defining testing strategies, and ensuring delivery of high -quality gaming and digital payment experiences.

•
Strong background in Payment Gateway Testing, in -app purchases, wallet integrations, UPI/card/net banking validations, transaction reconciliation, and fraud/error handling for gaming ecosystems.

•Experienced in testing Android, iOS, and web -based applications with a focus on usability, performance, security, and live -production stability.

•
Hands -on experience in game testing workflows including gameplay validation, multiplayer testing, store/inventory validation, leaderboard systems, event testing, monetization flows, and payment -related user journeys.

•Adept at collaborating with developers, product managers, DevOps, and release teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
