Position - Team Lead – Business Development (Recruitment Services)
Location - Jalandhar 
Working Mode -On -site

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree 
  • 1 -2 yrs of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales/Lead generation.
  • Team handling experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and lead generation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Business Development team.
  • Generate new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify business opportunities across IT, Corporate, Universities, Colleges, and other industries.
  • Schedule client meetings, present recruitment solutions, and close deals.
  • Build strong client relationships and coordinate with the recruitment team.
  • Track sales performance, maintain CRM, and identify new market opportunities.
