Team Lead - Data Validation (Japanese Speaking)

Position Overview:

Anaqua is looking for a highly motivated IP professionals with Patents, Trademark and Data validation knowledge who are eager to help us attain our continuing growth goals. 

You’ll Love This Job if You Like To:

• Conduct Patent / Trademark portfolio audits


• Migrate Portfolios into SAAS based software via excel or like.


• Manage efficient and on-time project delivery with a high standard of quality


• Update software databases, and communicating with clients/attorneys over conference calls, as and when required


• Keep abreast with changes to the commercial IP law updates

Skills/ Experience Required:

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in any field


• Proficient in Japanese language (least N3)


• Least 2-3 years of experience in working with Japanese clients. 


• Experience in the portfolio onboarding (with knowledge of ETL and data mapping)


• Experience in the field of Intellectual Property (IP) will be preferred


• Prior Anaqua AQX or RH knowledge will be preferred


• Sound knowledge of MS-Office (Excel skill is must)


• Good analytical & interpersonal skills
