Team Lead - DevOps

• Lead and mentor
  the DevOps team, setting technical direction and best practices
  
• Design,
  implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
  
• Drive
  infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
  
• Manage cloud
  infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for performance, cost, and reliability
  
• Collaborate
  with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release cycles
  
• Ensure system
  monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms are in place
  
• Maintain DR
  readiness and testing
  
• Improve system
  reliability, availability, and scalability through proactive measures
  
• Implement and
  enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
  
• Manage incident
  response, root cause analysis, and post -mortem reviews
  
• Optimize DevOps
  processes to improve deployment frequency and reduce failure rates
  
• Evaluate and
  introduce new tools and technologies to enhance productivity
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  
• 6–10 years of
  experience in DevOps, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
  
• Strong
  experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
  
• Strong Hands -on
  experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  
• Expertise in
  containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  
• Experience with
  Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
  
• Linux system
  administration skills
  
• Proficiency in
  scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar)
  
• Strong
  understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
  
• Experience with
  monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.)
  
• Familiarity
  with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  
• Experience with
  cost optimization tools in AWS
