Team Lead Digital Marketing (CAWI)

About the role:

We are looking for a Team Lead – Digital Marketing Professional to adopt market best practices and increase the reach by using social media channels. Objective of campaign is to activate and engaged the audience while driving qualified lead generation through digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, online panel management, and campaign execution with a strong analytical mindset. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• 
  

  Manage and optimize online survey panels to ensure high response rates and timely conversion 

  
  

• 
  

  Generate qualified leads through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and affiliate marketing. 

  
  

• 
  

  Execute email, SMS, and app-based campaigns to enhance survey participation and engagement. 

  
  

• 
  

  Work closely with internal teams to improve panel retention and reduce dropout rates. 

  
  

• 
  

  Track and analyze key performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for better ROI. 

  
  

• 
  

  Manage panel health, incentives, and reward structures to maximize participation. 

  
  

Requirements: 

• 
  

  Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, online consumer panel management, or survey execution. 

  
  

• 
  

  Understanding of different CRMs and mass reach out tools to engage with people 

  
  

• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. 

  
  

• 
  

  Proficiency in email marketing and automation tools (Braze, Amazon SES, etc). 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
