Job Description - Team Lead - Growth Initiatives


The Team Lead, Growth Initiatives will be a key member of Airwoot’s team reporting directly to the Head of Sales, and the CEO. As Team Lead, Growth Initiatives, spectrum of responsibilities will include championing outreach, support and content marketing. The ideal candidate should be exposed to the startup culture and be willing to work in a high pressure environment with ambiguous requirements.

Summary and Requirements


Apart from a proven track record, the candidate should have a minimum of 4 yrs of experience with:



  • Expertise in developing B2B marketing content and writing data driven blogs.

  • Ability to understand, conceptualize, plan and execute B2B marketing.

  • Deep understanding of the 3 pillars of B2B marketing - Acquisition(segmentation & funnel) and Retention.

  • Plan and execute Community Outreach programs. Reach out into the community and promote airwoot's technology through various channels such as Blogs, Linkedin, Quora, Facebook andTwitter.

  • Execute product support, client onbaording

  • Build knowledge base so that airwoot's clients and their agents can feed off it.

  • Ability to create and edit videos for knowledge base will be a big plus.

  • Must have a flair for product, data, and social media workflows.

  • Exposure to tools such as Mixpanel, Intercom.

  • Experienced in Photoshop.
