Job Description / Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Deliveries with team
members

• Responsible for client communication and
issue resolution

• Analyze requirements of clients through
Setup Docs, for configuration

• Communication with testing and development
and account management teams

• Participation in technical and functional
discussion

• Issue tracking and task assignment to team
members

• Ownership of various manuals/documents and
trainings

• Regular Maintenance Tasks – Data
generation, testing, quality checks and bug reporting/fixing

• Configuration and maintenance of new/old
clients using internal tool

 Reporting to Manager - Product Implementation
